got 3/8 air brake tube and need to turn a corner into a 1/2-14 npt port, is this the right elbow?

For that setup, it matches. The tube side is for 0.375 inch (3/8) tube OD, and the threaded side is 1/2-14 male NPT in a 90 degree swivel elbow style.
