The Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Swivel Elbow Adapter provides an efficient and secure connection for air brake systems. Engineered from CA360 brass for durability it features a 0.50 inch tube outer diameter with a 1/2-14 male NPT connection.

Designed for easy fast assembly this one-piece fitting ensures a reliable grip and seal using an EP (Ethylene Propylene) O-ring. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J1131 air brake system performance requirements ensuring compliance with industry standards.

fitting's rated for air brake use on a semi, yeah? what temps can it handle out on the road?

Rated from -40F up to 200F, so it covers pretty much anything you'd see in regular over-the-road conditions. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J1131 requirements for air brake systems, and it handles pressure from vacuum all the way up to 150 psi. The EP O-ring does the sealing work, and the CA360 brass construction holds up well under the kind of temperature swings trucks deal with between seasons.
