The Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Swivel Elbow Adapter is designed for optimal performance in compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines. This fitting simplifies the assembly process without requiring tools.

Constructed from durable brass with a nickel-plated finish it is engineered to handle up to 250 psi depending on tube size with a vacuum rating of 29.5 inches of mercury.

It accommodates 0.25 inch tube OD to 1/8-27 male NPT connections and offers effortless connectivity with PT230 TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing. The reusable design ensures efficient assembly and disassembly saving both time and resources.

The fitting includes a Buna-N O-Ring seal with Viton available on special order and operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40F to 200F taking into account tubing temperature constraints.

Will this fitting work okay for air lines on my garage compressor?

got a quarter inch nylon tube and need to turn 90 degrees into a 1/8 npt port. is that what this elbow is set up for?

For a 0.25 inch tube OD to 1/8-27 male NPT connection with a 90 degree elbow, that is exactly what this Push>Connect swivel elbow adapter is made to do. It’s called out as working with PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing, and also PT240 polyethylene tubing.
