The Brass Push>Connect Tube Fitting 0.25 Inch Tube OD Union is expertly designed for applications in compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines. Featuring premium materials such as nickel-plated brass and Buna-N construction O-ring seals these fittings ensure reliability and durability.

With a pressure range up to 250 psi these fittings are capable of handling demanding environments. They function efficiently within a temperature range of -40F to 200F though the compatible plastic tubing's temperature range should always be considered.

Ease of assembly is a standout feature requiring no tools and offering reusability. Simply push the tubing into the fitting to connect. To disconnect depress the collet ring with two fingers and withdraw.

Compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing the fittings are vacuum-rated at 29.5 inches of mercury.

What kind of temperatures can this handle? I'm using it in a pretty hot environment.

This fitting is rated to operate between -40F and 200F. However, it's important to also consider the temperature range of the plastic tubing you're using, as that might be a limiting factor.
