Designed for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines this fitting offers versatility in various applications.

The brass construction ensures durability and reliability while the nickel plating provides additional corrosion resistance. These fittings support a pressure range of up to 250 psi depending on tube size and are rated at 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum.

Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Union Tee is compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon and PT240 polyethylene tubing. It's engineered with an O-Ring of Buna-N construction but the option of Viton seals is available upon request for specialized needs. The temperature range for these fittings is from -40F to 200F provided the tubing's temperature specifications are not exceeded.

Ease of assembly is a standout feature as no tools are required. This allows for quick installation and removal by simply pushing the tubing into the fitting or depressing the collet ring to disconnect. The reusability of these fittings offers substantial time savings during assembly and disassembly processes.

got a run of 0.16 tube and need to tee it off, is this the right kind of fitting for that?

For branching one line into two, a union tee is the right style. This one is a Danfoss and Eaton Push>Connect union tee made for 0.16 inch tube OD, and it’s called out as compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing and PT240 polyethylene tubing.

Will this tee fitting hold up to being used with air tools?
