The Danfoss / Eaton Push>Connect Union Tee is designed for ease of assembly without any tools. This fitting ensures quick and secure connections for compressed pneumatic instrumentation circuit lubricant and cooling lines.

Constructed from brass with a nickel-plated finish it is compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon as well as PT240 polyethylene tubing. The fitting features Buna-N O-Ring seals with Viton options available by special order.

Operating within a temperature range of -40F to 200F it handles pressure up to 250 psi depending on the tube size. The fittings are also rated at 29.5 inches of mercury vacuum.

Assembly is straightforward: simply push the tubing into the fitting to connect. To disconnect depress the collet ring with two fingers and withdraw. This reusability of fittings can result in significant time savings during assembly and disassembly processes.

fitting says it works with nylon and polyethylene tubing, does that cover both PT230 and PT240 material types or just one of em?

Both are covered. The fitting is compatible with PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing as well as PT240 polyethylene tubing, so you've got options depending on what you're running. Just make sure your tube OD is 3/8 inch and you're good to go.
