Description & Features

The AQ69-PS-6X4 designed by Alkon Corp is a high-quality brass push-in tube fitting featuring a 0.38 tube OD and 1/4-18 male NPT swivel connection for versatile industrial applications. This 90-degree elbow fitting ensures a positive seal with no leaks thanks to the pre-applied Teflon based pipe sealant on all male threads.

Constructed from durable brass this fitting includes Buna-N O-rings for optimal sealing and is suitable for use with polyurethane polybutylene and soft metal tubing. The quick connect and disconnect feature streamlines assembly and maintenance processes.

Featuring a full flow design the AQ69-PS-6X4 supports a temperature range of -10F to 200F and is compatible with the working pressure limits of thermoplastic tubing used. An interior hex in the straight connectors allows for Allen key tightening adding to the ease of installation.

The fitting's mechanism involves gripping teeth that secure the tube and an O-ring that ensures a leak-proof seal offering reliable performance in demanding environments.

Question by: Todd A on Jan 19, 2026, 7:20 PM
got some 3/8 poly tubing i need to run around a tight corner on a pneumatic line. this fitting work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 21, 2026, 6:24 AM
Polyurethane tubing at 0.38 inch OD is exactly what this fitting is built for. Push the tube in and the internal gripping teeth lock onto it, then the O-ring seals against the tube's outer diameter. The 90-degree elbow handles that direction change without any bending or kinking the line. Just make sure your polyurethane tubing is 90 durometer or harder, since softer material won't hold in the grip teeth the way it needs to.
