The Brass Push-In Tube Fitting is engineered for efficient connection and disconnection providing a secure leak-proof seal with its Buna-N O-rings and pre-applied Teflon-based pipe sealant on all male threads. Featuring a 0.38 Tube OD to 1/4-18 Male NPT Swivel it is ideal for applications involving polyurethane polybutylene and soft metal tubing.
The run tee structure ensures full flow design with gripping teeth and interior hex in straight connectors for Allen key tightening. The fitting operates within a temperature range of -10F to 200F and is suitable for vacuum service catering to a variety of industrial needs.
Constructed from durable brass the ALKON Corp fitting boasts a choice of stationary or swivel elbows and tees ensuring flexibility. As pressure is applied the gripping teeth tighten their hold preventing leaks and providing a positive stop to support the tubing.

Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Roy C on Nov 22, 2025, 12:09 PM
Will this tee fitting hold up if I'm using it for a small pneumatic system in my garage?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 23, 2025, 3:20 PM
Designed for use with polyurethane, polybutylene, and soft metal tubing, this fitting is suitable for vacuum service and can handle pressure up to the maximum working pressure of the tubing you're using, so it should work well for a small pneumatic system.
Question by: Travis B on Apr 19, 2025, 7:22 PM
got a 3/8 tube line already, will this tee fit it and what thread is on the male end?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 21, 2025, 6:25 AM
The push-in side is for 0.38 inch tube OD, and the male threaded end is 1/4-18 NPT with a swivel.
Question by: Rex H on Aug 23, 2025, 8:12 AM
Got some polybutylene tubing I need to tie into a 1/4 NPT male port, does this tee configuration let me do that without a bunch of adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 24, 2025, 6:34 PM
Polybutylene tubing is one of the listed compatible types, and the swivel male NPT end connects directly to a 1/4-18 male NPT port. The run tee lets you branch off an existing tube run while keeping that threaded connection in the mix. Pre-applied Teflon-based sealant is already on the male threads, so you're not hunting for tape before you wrench it in. The push-in ends handle your tubing without extra adapters involved.
