What size tubing does this elbow fit? Just want to make sure I'm ordering the right thing.

This elbow fitting is made for 0.31 inch (that's about 5/16") OD tubing.

Got a 5/16 tube line coming off a small hydraulic valve block and need to route it around a corner with a 1/8 NPT male port, this fitting do that job?
