trying to match up a hose end, is this one for -10 hose with a 7/8-14 female swivel?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 14, 2025, 5:01 PM
It’s a straight reusable socketless brass fitting made for -10 hose, and the thread on the female swivel end is 7/8-14.
Question by: Harvey E on Nov 9, 2025, 9:25 PM
fitting says it works with -10 hose but wanted to double check the cutoff length before i trim anything. what dimension am i working with?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 11, 2025, 12:33 PM
The hose cutoff on this one is 1.06 inches. That's the length you'll cut back before installing, so measure twice before you trim. The end size runs 0.875 inches, which lines up with the 7/8-14 thread spec. Getting that cutoff right is what keeps the connection seated properly and leak-free once everything's torqued down.
