trying to swap an old straight fitting out, what threads does this 08BT-06FP adapter actually have?

On the NPTF side it is 3/8-18 (Brennan A2 NPTF). The other end is a 3/4-16 straight thread (Brennan B1), and it is in the Brennan C2405 series.
