What size tubing and pipe thread does this Brennan adapter connect?

On one end you've got a 1-1/2 inch tube OD with a 1-7/8-12 thread, and the other end is a 1-1/2-11-1/2 NPTF pipe thread. So it's bridging a straight-thread tube fitting side to a tapered pipe thread side, which is a pretty common need when you're tying hydraulic lines into ported equipment or manifolds.
