Designed for straight-run connections in hydraulic lines, the 06BT-08MORB Straight is a tube-to-port fitting from Brennan's C6400-O series. It connects a 3/8 inch OD tube to a 9/16-18 O-ring boss (ORB) port, using a 0.281 inch drill size on both ends for consistent bore alignment. The fitting measures 1.290 inches in length with a 0.875 inch hex and a 0.250 inch seat depth, keeping the assembly compact in tight installations.

What size drill bit do I need for the port this screws into?

For both ends of this straight fitting, you'll want to use a 0.281 inch drill. That'll give you the right bore alignment.
