The ORSCHELN PRODUCTS LLC Cable Hardware & Knob 000-49003-0001 offers robust performance with its heavy-duty thick-walled polymer conduit jackets. Designed for maximum cable strength these jackets are extruded onto the stranded liner made from HDPE in a dark maroon color. The hi-performance 1 x 7 coated core is available in 3 4 and 6 series cables utilizing a proprietary coating for flexibility and higher push loads.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials the end fittings include 300 series stainless steel rods and sleeves with aluminum or stainless hubs. The cables feature polymer liners rated from -65F to 225F requiring no further lubrication due to factory-applied treatments. An exclusive polymer rod and sleeve bearing is used to enhance efficiency by preventing metal-to-metal contact between the rod and sleeve ensuring accurate alignment and superior sealing.

Stranded conduit construction employs multiple oil-tempered spring wires in a long lay pattern protecting the liner and inner core while maintaining flexibility under extreme load conditions. Durable custom compounded seals prevent moisture and contaminants reinforcing the cable's long life.
