The Hi-Performance (HP) 1 x 7 coated core, available in 3, 4, and 6 series cables, features a proprietary coating over a 1 x 7 wire rope, offering improved flexibility and higher push loads.
Core construction also includes solid stainless steel cores available in 3 Series Push-Pull, Universal and PTO cables. Corrosion-resistant materials throughout ensure maximum life.
End fittings include 300 series stainless steel rods and sleeves, with hubs available in either aluminum or stainless.
Durable custom compounded seals prevent moisture and contaminants from entering the cable. An exclusive polymer rod and sleeve bearing improves efficiency and cable life by eliminating metal-to-metal contact.
Stranded conduits use multiple, oil-tempered spring wires in a long lay pattern, protecting the liner and inner core while maintaining flexibility and withstanding extreme loads.
All cables utilize polymer liners rated from -65deg;F to 225deg;F, with factory lubrication ensuring core performance without further service.
