got a food processing line running at around 200 PSI and need something clear so we can watch the flow, this hose hold up to that kind of pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 1, 2025, 6:09 AM
At 200 PSI you'd be well within the rated limit on this one. The working pressure tops out at 250 PSI, so you've got a solid cushion there. The clear PVC construction also gives you that visual flow check you're after, and the materials meet FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 and carry NSF-51 listing, so food and beverage contact isn't a concern. The 2-ply spiral fiber reinforcement is what keeps it from ballooning or collapsing under pressure, which matters a lot in a continuous-flow food line.

How flexible is this hose, really? I need to snake it through some tight spots.
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 18, 2026, 8:09 PM
This hose offers exceptional flexibility due to its 2-ply spiral construction and fiber-reinforced material, making it easier to route in constrained spaces.
