Engineered for versatile use the Danfoss Clearforce Reinforced Standard Duty PVC Hose excels in a variety of industrial applications such as food and beverage transfer lines air lines drain lines sight gauges potable water transfer and pneumatic needs requiring higher pressure than standard PVC hoses.

Manufactured with premium materials this hose features a clear PVC construction reinforced by fiber for enhanced durability. The hose is non-marking lightweight and flexible all of which ensure long-lasting performance. With an outer diameter of 0.75 inches and an inner diameter of 0.50 inches it supports up to 200 PSI of pressure.

In compliance with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 and NSF-51 standards the Clearforce hose is suitable for food and beverage dispensing powdered food manufacturing water and bilge lines washdown hose and in-plant air and water service. It is also effective for spraying and conveying fertilizers and pesticides.

Additionally the hose maintains a temperature range from +15deg;F to +150deg;F and has a minimum bend radius of 2 inches. Designed for compatibility with hose barbs hose clamps and crimp ferrules it ensures seamless integration into your existing systems.

hose says it goes up to 200 PSI, is that enough for running air lines in a shop setting, or is this more of a light-duty thing?

For in-plant air service, 200 PSI is a solid working pressure rating and puts it well above what most shop air systems actually run. The fiber reinforcement is what bumps it past standard PVC hose, so it holds up better under pressure without getting stiff or kinking on you. Just keep in mind the temperature range tops out at 150 degrees F, so if your lines run near heat sources or get baked in direct sun for long stretches, that's worth accounting for.

need a clear hose for a sight gauge and drain line. is this the one with the fiber in it, or is it just plain pvc
