The Clearforce Reinforced Standard Duty PVC Hose 0.88 Inch OD 0.63 Inch ID Up To 200.00 PSI is designed for applications such as food and beverage dispensing powdered food manufacturing and spraying fertilizers and pesticides. With a maximum working pressure of 200 PSI this hose is ideal for in-plant air and water service water and bilge lines and washdown hose requirements.

The hose is constructed from extruded PVC with fiber reinforcement ensuring premium abrasion resistance and flexibility. It features a clear color for visibility and a minimum bend radius of 2.5 inches. The Clearforce reinforced PVC hose can withstand temperatures ranging from +15deg;F to +150deg;F making it suitable for various indust applications.

Is this hose okay for spraying fertilizer, or is it too flimsy?

we run washdown lines in a processing facility and need something that can handle both the pressure and the cleaning chemicals without going brittle on us, this hose rated for that kind of work?

For washdown hose applications, this one holds up well. It's built from extruded PVC with fiber reinforcement, which gives it good flexibility and premium abrasion resistance so it won't wear down fast from regular handling. The working pressure tops out at 200 PSI, which covers most in-plant washdown setups just fine. Temperature-wise, it runs from 15 degrees F up to 150 degrees F, so as long as you're not pushing hot steam through it, you're in good shape. It also carries NSF-51 listing and meets FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520, which matters when you're working anywhere near food processing lines.

got a washdown hose setup in the shop, will this clear PVC line hold up or is it more of a light duty deal?
