The Anchor Fluid Power Code 61 Split Flange Kit features a 1.50-inch flange head designed for applications requiring robust hydraulic sealing up to 5000 PSI. This kit includes two flange halves, four grade 8 hex bolts, four lock washers, and a 90 durometer Buna-N O-Ring.

Buna-N materials offer compatibility with petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluids and are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40deg;F to +250deg;F. Zinc plating with a yellow chromate finish ensures corrosion resistance and durability in various industrial environments.

For convenience, the kit does not include thread sealant, providing flexibility in installation requirements. The torque rating for this product ranges between 225-350 lb-in, meeting industry standards for secure fastening.

what all comes in the kit here and how tight do i need to get the bolts

Everything required for a complete connection is right in the box. You will receive the two flange halves, four grade 8 hex bolts, four lock washers, and one 90-durometer Buna-N O-ring. Make sure to torque your hardware between 225 and 350 lb-in during installation.
