Will these flanges hold up okay in a hydraulic system running at a pretty good temperature?

The Buna-N O-ring included in the kit is rated to handle temperatures from -40°F up to +250°F, so it should work well with most hydraulic systems. If you're pushing it hotter than that, you might need to look at other O-ring materials.
