got a tight bend right after my mixer, is this corrugated hose meant to handle that without kinking up?

For longer runs with substantial bends, the corrugated silicone build is meant to stay flexible and keep a tight bend radius. The install note still applies though, do not kink it, and support and strap the hose the full length so it holds its shape.

what's the max temp this hose can run continuous? got an application where heat's been killing lesser hoses

Rated for 350 degrees F of continuous operating temperature, and silicone at this grade can actually handle up to 500 degrees F short term. That puts it well past what SAE J2006, ABYC, and NMMA require. Most rubber wet exhaust hoses tap out around 250 degrees F, so if heat has been the problem, this material is a real step up. The 10 year warranty also reflects how much longer silicone holds up compared to standard rubber compounds.
