BRENNAN ADAPTER

Constructed from stainless steel forging, this 90-degree adapter from Brennan Industries connects two heavy 16mm OD tube lines using DIN Metric Tube Compression and Female Metric Swivel DIN 24-degree end types, both conforming to DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1. Both connections share an M24x1.5 thread size with 30mm hex dimensions, keeping the configuration symmetrical and straightforward to install in tight routing situations.

The Brennan Adapter is rated to a maximum dynamic pressure of 630 bar, making it well suited for demanding hydraulic circuit applications. Viton® O-ring seals provide reliable sealing integrity across both connections. Overall dimensions include a length of 43mm on one axis and 33mm on the other, with a centerline length of 24.5mm. The 90-degree angle allows directional changes in tube routing without requiring field-bent tubing, which is particularly useful in compact hydraulic assemblies where space is constrained.
