Description & Features

Rated to 250 bar dynamic working pressure, this straight stainless steel union fitting connects a DIN metric tube compression end (Light 42mm tube OD, M52x2.0 thread, per DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1) to a Male BSPP Form E captive seal end (1-1/2-11 thread, 36mm thread ID, per ISO 1179, ISO 8434-6, and BS 5200). The Viton® O-ring captive seal on the BSPP end provides reliable fluid containment across a range of hydraulic media and temperatures.

The Brennan SS Mbt x Mbspp is part of Brennan Industries' D7400-Ed series, constructed from straight stainless steel for corrosion resistance in demanding hydraulic environments. Overall length measures 64mm (L) with a 52mm (L2) dimension, and the fitting spans a 60mm hex. The straight configuration and dual-standard compliance make it well suited for metric tube circuits that require a transition to BSPP port connections.

Will this fitting hold up if it's being used with some hydraulic equipment that runs pretty hot?
