Delta Series Geroler Motor, 33.10 cu in/rev, Wheel Mounting Flange, 1-1/4" Tapered Shaft, 7/8" O-Ring Ports, Standard, wheel or bearingless configurations|Lowest pressure drop motor in the industry|Highly-efficient Geroler motor provides energy savings

Description & Features

The Delta Series Geroler Motor is engineered for high-efficiency energy savings with a 33.10 cu in/rev displacement. It features a wheel mounting flange and a robust 1-1/4" tapered shaft. This motor stands out in the industry with its lowest pressure drop ensuring optimal performance in various applications such as scissor lifts boom lifts industrial sweepers and mowers.

The Delta Series Geroler Motor comes equipped with 7/8" O-ring ports for secure fluid connections and is available in standard wheel or bearingless configurations.

Designed by Danfoss Power Solutions II LLC (Char-Lynn) this motor offers a torque rating of 994 newton metres maximizing its utility across different industrial usages.

To maintain longevity it is recommended to use premium quality anti-wear type hydraulic oil and follow the ISO Cleanliness Code 20/18/13 for filtration. For best motor life run the motor at 30% of its rated pressure for approximately one hour before applying full load.

Question by: Kurt M on Sep 13, 2025, 2:44 PM
got a wheel motor setup, how do i know if this one’s the right mount and ports?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 15, 2025, 6:20 AM
Fit comes down to the basics on this motor: it uses a wheel mounting flange, a 1-1/4 inch tapered shaft, and 7/8 inch SAE O-ring ports with .875-14 UNF-2B threads. If those three match what you’re swapping, you’re in the right neighborhood for mounting and hook-up.
Question by: Keith L on Jan 22, 2026, 3:51 PM
What kind of machines would this motor be good for? I have a boom lift that needs a new motor.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 24, 2026, 12:54 PM
This Delta Series motor is used in applications like scissor lifts, boom lifts, industrial sweepers, and mowers.
Question by: Danny B on Jan 21, 2026, 8:38 AM
been running a scissor lift with a wore out motor and trying to figure out if this one'll hold up better, what's the torque rating on this thing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 23, 2026, 6:56 AM
Rated at 994 newton metres of torque, this motor has plenty of muscle for scissor lift duty. The Geroler design also runs with the lowest pressure drop in its class, which means less heat buildup and more efficient use of your hydraulic system over the course of a shift. For break-in, run it at roughly 30% of rated pressure for about an hour before putting it under full load, and make sure it's filled with fluid before you ever apply any load to it.
