The DG4S4-01 Series Subplate/Manifold Mount NFPA Size D05 Solenoid Valve offers efficient 4-way 2-position flow control with a spring offset configuration. Engineered by Danfoss (Power Solutions II LLC) this hydraulic valve is built with gray iron for durability and reliability in demanding applications such as die casting marine and turbine control. It features a spool/spring code of 2A and can be operated with 110VAC50Hz or 120VAC60Hz using a DIN 43650 coil type.

Compatible with industry-standard ISO4401-AC-05-4-A/NFPA D05 interfaces it supports maximum operating pressure of 3600 PSI at ports P A & B with petroleum oil. The valve is suitable for use with high water base fluids up to 1000 PSI and requires steel subplate or manifold for pressures over 3000 PSI. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 20 GPM under AC or DC coil conditions and ensures fluid cleanliness at 19/17/14 micron levels.

The design includes three- or four-way directional control and can be easily mounted on standard surfaces catering to a variety of industrial needs with thousands of models available. what's the max pressure this valve can handle at the P and A ports running petroleum oil?

At ports P, A, and B, the rating tops out at 3600 PSI when running petroleum oil. Port T is rated lower at 1000 PSI. One thing worth keeping in mind: anything over 3000 PSI means you'll need a steel subplate or manifold. A standard cast iron subplate won't cut it at those higher pressures.
