Description & Features

Designed for subplate and manifold mounting to the ISO 4401 / NFPA D03 port interface, the DG4V-3(S) Series D03 Solenoid Valve is a single-stage, 4-way, 2-position directional control valve with spring offset end-to-end configuration and Spool/Spring Code 2A. The gray iron body is fitted with Buna-N seals and rated to a maximum operating pressure of 5,075 psi, with pressures above 3,000 psi requiring a steel subplate or manifold.

The 110VAC/50Hz – 120VAC/60Hz dual-frequency DIN 43650 coil draws 30 watts and supports coil replacement with the valve in place. Standard performance flow capacity reaches 7.5 GPM for AC coils, with high-performance configurations supporting up to 16 GPM. The valve accommodates mineral oil across a fluid temperature range of -4°F to 158°F. Suited for use in machine tool, press, primary metal, marine/offshore, die casting, turbine control, and test and simulation environments, this valve is well established across a broad range of industrial hydraulic circuits requiring reliable directional control.

This coil is designed in the DIN 43650 style and is suitable for 110VAC at 50Hz and 120VAC at 60Hz. It'll work just fine with the standard 60Hz 120VAC control power, and it also has the 50Hz 110VAC rating.

this valve says its nfpa d03 size, but will it swap right in for my old one without mods
