The DG4V-3(S) Series Subplate/Manifold Mount NFPA Size D03 solenoid valve offers precise 4-way 3-position control with a spring-centered float center design. Suitable for a variety of industrial applications including die casting machine tools marine and turbine control this valve ensures high performance with its durable gray iron body and standard fluid cleanliness rating.

HP Performance coil ratings of 110VAC50Hz and 120VAC60Hz are compatible with DIN 43650 connectors. The valve is built to ISO/DIS 4401-AB-03 D03 interface standards providing reliable and consistent flow control across different systems. Its AC coils manage flows up to 5 GPM while DC coils can handle up to 9 GPM under high-performance conditions ensuring versatility.

Featuring a low pressure drop design the valve accommodates a maximum operating pressure of 5075 psi. The Buna-N seals and scratch-proof manual override add to its reliability and ease of maintenance. Note that pressures exceeding 3000 psi require a steel subplate or manifold. Its fluid temperature range varies between -4deg;F to 158deg;F for mineral oils and +50deg;F to 129deg;F for water-based fluids.

The valve includes no integrated check or reducer modules but is easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces. Manual override is plain and transient conditions during shift are managed with precision to ensure operational integrity.
