The Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton Coils are essential components of high-pressure and high-flow systems in mobile and industrial applications like harvesters and refuse haulers. These solenoid operated coils, from Danfoss (Power Solutions II LLC), are known for their continuous duty performance and compact design.

Designed for a fluid temperature range of -4deg;F to 158deg;F with mineral oil and +50deg;F to 129deg;F with water-based fluids, they provide reliable performance across various environments. Featuring ISO 4401 Size 03 and NFPA D03 port interface, these coils ensure compatibility with industry standards.

The DG4V-3(S) Series models operate efficiently with a maximum pressure of 5075 psi; however, pressures exceeding 3000 psi require a steel subplate or manifold. These models can mount in any position, while detented models should be mounted horizontally for optimal performance.

These coils incorporate Vitonreg; seals, scratch-proof manual overrides, and allow for coil changes with the valve in place. They come internally rectified, contributing to their high reliability and operational longevity.
