Designed as a direct replacement component for Eaton Vickers DG4V-3(S) series directional control valves, this O-ring supports the sealing integrity of valves rated to 5,075 psi maximum operating pressure. The DG4V-3(S) Series Danfoss / Eaton Vickers Spare Part O-Ring is compatible with mineral oil across a fluid temperature range of -4°F to 158°F, and with water-based fluids from 50°F to 129°F.

The DG4V-3(S) series valves this part supports conform to ISO 4401 Size 03 and NFPA D03 port interface standards, and are characterized by high pressure and flow capability with low pressure drops. Viton® seals are a standard feature of the valve series, reflecting the same material quality expected in replacement sealing components. Available in a variety of sizes to suit different valve configurations within the series.

what temps can these o-rings handle if I'm running mineral oil through the system?

Mineral oil service gets you a fluid temperature range of -4°F up to 158°F. If you're running water-based fluids instead, that window tightens up to between 50°F and 129°F. Worth keeping in mind when you're matching the seal to your actual operating conditions.
