Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton Coils are designed for use in various industrial and mobile applications including harvesters and refuse haulers. These coils are built for high reliability and performance with features like Vitonreg; seals and a scratch-proof manual override. The DG4V-3(S) series offers a compact design and continuous duty ensuring reliable functionality under demanding conditions.

The DG4V-3 series is capable of withstanding fluid temperatures ranging from -4deg;F to 158deg;F when used with mineral oil and +50deg;F to 129deg;F with water-based fluids. Pressure capabilities reach a maximum of 5075 psi although pressures above 3000 psi necessitate steel subplates or manifolds.

The DG4V-3(S) series includes internally rectified coils and provides maximum flow rates that vary depending on the spool/spring combination and coil. Mounting considerations indicate that detented models should be mounted with the longitudinal axis in a horizontal position whereas other models can be mounted in any position.

These valves are available in multiple configurations and specific models require solenoid connectors as per DIN 43650 connectors.

these coils rated for continuous duty, or do they need a cool-down period between cycles?
