Din X Male Npt

Description & Features

Manufactured by Adaptall America, this straight steel adapter features an M14 x 1.5 DIN tube male connection on one end and a 1/4"-18 NPTF male thread on the other, making it a reliable solution for joining metric DIN tube fittings to NPT-threaded ports in hydraulic systems. The Din X Male Npt is constructed from steel for durability in demanding industrial environments.

Key dimensions include a CH width of 17mm, an L1 length of 30mm, an L2 length of 8mm, and an L3 length of 15mm. The straight configuration simplifies installation in space-constrained assemblies where a direct inline connection is required between DIN and NPT interfaces.

What's the wrench size needed for this fitting?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 10, 2026, 12:20 PM
You'll need a 17mm wrench for the CH width on this adapter.

Got a metric DIN tube line coming off a German-made power unit and need to tie it into a 1/4" NPT port on a valve block. This the right piece for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 28, 2026, 6:50 AM
That's what this adapter is built for. One end is an M14 x 1.5 DIN tube male, the other is a 1/4"-18 NPTF male, so it bridges that metric-to-NPT gap in a single straight fitting. Steel construction holds up fine in industrial hydraulic setups, and the inline shape keeps things clean when you don't have room to angle anything off.

trying to hook a metric DIN tube fitting into a 1/4 npt port, is this the right adapter?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 16, 2025, 6:30 AM
For that DIN-to-NPT hookup, this adapter is made to bridge an M14 x 1.5 DIN tube male on one end to a 1/4 inch 18 NPTF male thread on the other, all in a straight inline body.
