Built for reliability in demanding conditions this dump pump is engineered for light and medium-duty dump trucks featuring a rugged cast iron construction and high-strength alloy steel gear and shaft set.

With a displacement of 4.00 cu in/rev and direct mount configuration it operates at a rated speed of 2400 RPM and withstands pressures up to 2500 PSI. The pump's pressure-balanced wear plates maintain high efficiency across various operating ranges.

The integrated direct-acting relief valve set at 2000 PSI ensures maximum protection for both the pump and the cylinder. The manual shift and neutral lockout device add an extra layer of safety by preventing accidental lowering of the dump body.

Optimized for 3-Line Operation the design includes a 1-1/4 NPT inlet port 3/4 NPT pressure port and 3/4 NPT return port to facilitate straightforward integration. Enhanced with high-pressure motor shaft seals the unit mitigates premature seal failure during high-velocity fluid conditions particularly during cylinder retraction.

got a commercial G102-2-20L on my truck now, is this Permco pump a straight replacement or am i gonna be re-hydraulic connections stuff
