This Eaton Aeroquip GH793 MatchMate Double Wire Braid Hose (C1CX69) is rated for working pressures up to 3,125 PSI and built for demanding hydraulic applications. The 0.75 inch (–12 dash size) inner diameter and two-ply wire braid construction handle petroleum-based fluids, water-glycol base fluids, lubricating oils, and water across general industrial hydraulic service.

The PVC/nitrile blend cover provides standard abrasion resistance and the hose is electrically conductive, making it suitable where static charge dissipation is required. Burst pressure reaches 12,500 PSI with Global fittings; other fitting types carry a 9,000 PSI burst rating. This hose meets SAE 100R2AT standards and is part of the Eaton Aeroquip GH793 MatchMate series.

got a -12 line on a piece of equipment, is this hose actually 3/4 inch inside diameter?

dash size -12 on this one corresponds to a 0.75 inch hose I.D. The listed hose O.D. is 1.16 inches, so make sure you’ve got room for the outside diameter too.

Running a double wire braid on a petroleum-based hydraulic system and need to confirm the temp range before I swap out the old hose. What's this one rated for?

Cold end holds down to -40°F and the upper limit tops out at 212°F. For most petroleum-based hydraulic systems running in normal operating conditions, that range covers a pretty wide spread of environments without issue. The nitrile tube and synthetic rubber cover are both suited for petroleum and water-glycol base fluids, so you're in good shape on the fluid compatibility side as well.
