Description & Features

This double wire braid hose from Danfoss Power Solutions offers a reliable solution for hydraulic system service with petroleum and water-based fluids as well as for general industrial service. Designed for high-pressure environments it features a 1.25 inch inner diameter and withstands up to 1800 PSI maximum operating pressure ensuring robustness and efficiency.

Constructed with synthetic rubber for both the tube and cover it offers significant durability. The hose's double wire braid reinforcement provides added strength while the black synthetic rubber cover delivers standard abrasion resistance and is MSHA approved. The hose also has a minimum bend radius of 9.84 inches and functions effectively within a temperature range of -40F to +212F.

Meeting EN857 2SC and SAE 100R16 performance standards this hose is designed for high performance. It incorporates an embossed layline for easy identification and its conductive design ensures consistent function. Additionally it is compatible with Global TTC (Steel) crimp fittings.

hose has to handle both hydraulic fluid and some water-based coolant running through the same line on our press setup, is that gonna be a problem with this one?

Both petroleum-based hydraulic fluid and water-based fluids fall within what this hose is rated for, so running either through it is fine. The synthetic rubber tube is what makes that dual compatibility work. Just make sure whatever fluid you're using falls into one of those two categories and you're good to go.
