What pressure does this valve need to unlock the cylinder?

Unlocking pressure depends on whether you're using a single or double acting cylinder. For single-acting, it's about 25% of the locked pressure. Double-acting unlocking pressure is a little more involved and depends on the pressures and cylinder areas on both ends.
