got a #4 morse taper spindle. is this the right drill for a 1-5/32 hole or am i mixin stuff up

Fit comes down to two things on this one: it is a 1-5/32 inch diameter drill bit, and it is made for a #4 Morse Taper shank. If your machine takes a #4 M.T. shank and you need a 1-5/32 inch hole size, it matches both of those points.
