Question by: Warren W on Oct 26, 2025, 8:18 PM
What's the flow rate on this unit drop to once you get up around 2000 PSI? Trying to figure out if it'll keep up with the cylinder speed we need at higher pressure.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 28, 2025, 6:21 PM
At 2000 PSI you're looking at 1.10 GPM out of this unit. At the lower end, around 500 PSI, it moves 2.00 GPM. So if your application spends most of its time at higher pressure, plan your cycle times around that 1.10 figure. The relief is set at 2500 PSI, so there's some headroom above 2000, but flow will continue to taper as pressure climbs toward that ceiling.
Question by: Harvey B on Mar 3, 2026, 10:39 AM
got a 12 volt setup already, but i need to know what kind of flow this unit really puts out at working pressure. what’s it do at 500 psi versus 2000?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 5, 2026, 6:13 AM
At 500 PSI it’s rated for 2.00 GPM, and at 2000 PSI it’s rated for 1.10 GPM, so you can expect the flow to drop as pressure goes up.
