got a little air setup already, what size ports are on this cylinder
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 29, 2025, 4:02 PM
For hookup, it uses 1/8 NPT ports, so your air fittings and lines need to match 1/8 NPT on the cylinder.
Question by: Jerry B on Jan 8, 2026, 6:29 AM
seals on this thing rated for anything other than air, or is it strictly a dry pneumatic setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 9, 2026, 6:00 PM
Buna-N U-cup seals are standard on the piston and rod, which work well for standard compressed air systems. The temperature range runs from -20F to 200F and max pressure tops out at 250 PSI. Those are the operating boundaries the cylinder is built around, so as long as your application stays within those numbers you should be in good shape.
