what all do you need to put one of these splicers together? asking cause I don't wanna order it and then find out I'm missing half the stuff to get it done

You'll need a few things beyond the fitting itself. A guillotine blade or equivalent cutting tool gets the hose cut clean and square. Two appropriately sized clips and a cage go on per fitting. The FT1357 Clip Closing Pliers are required to close the clips properly. You'll also need refrigerant oil that's compatible with your system to lubricate the nipple before insertion. The GH134 Multi-Refrigerant hose is the recommended hose for this setup. Once you've got all that together, the assembly process moves pretty quick.
