The Danfoss / Eaton E-Z Clip System A/C Refrigeration Products Kit a versatile solution by Danfoss Power Solutions ensures efficient and reliable assembly for refrigeration and A/C systems.

The kit features easy-to-use Clip Closing Pliers (FT1357) and a guillotine blade (FT1356) or equivalent tool for precise cuts. The nipple assembly with two black o-rings is specifically designed to prevent leaks. The components are designed to be user-friendly allowing installation even in confined spaces without the need for a power supply.

To assemble cut the hose to the required length ensuring a square cut. Slide two clips onto the hose and lubricate the nipple with compatible refrigeration oil. Insert the nipple into the hose ensuring no gap remains. After snapping the cage into the groove on the nipple slide the clips over the cage arms and close them using the FT1357 pliers.

Note that E-Z Clip components are not reusable and incorrect assembly may lead to refrigerant leaks and potential injury. The materials include GH134 Multi-Refrigerant hose and appropriately sized clips ensuring compatibility and reliability.

these clips and the nipple assembly, once you put em together can you take it apart and reuse the pieces or is that a one-shot deal?

Once assembled, the components are done. E-Z Clip parts are not reusable, so if you cut a hose too short or make an error during assembly, you'll need fresh components to start over. That's worth keeping in mind before you make your cut, because a square, accurate cut at the right length is the only way to get a reliable connection the first time through.
