Does this hose come ready to cut and fit, or does it need some kind of mandrel setup before you can work with it?

No mandrel is needed to fabricate this hose, so you can work with it straight out of the box without any special tooling or prep equipment. At 393 feet, there's plenty of length to cut down for your application. Keep in mind it does not come with adjustable ends, so you'll be sourcing and fitting your own fittings separately.
