What kinda pressure can this hose handle for running hydraulic fluid on my tractor?

got a tight spot to route hose on my loader. how tight can this -12 100R17 bend without kinkin it

Got a piece of equipment running petroleum-based hydraulic fluid and I need to know if this hose can handle it. We're also dealing with some pretty brutal cold snaps in the winter. What's the lowest temp this thing is rated for?
