This -40 size hydraulic hose is part of the Winner by Danfoss / Eaton EC210 Series. The HYDRAULIC HOSE EN 853 TYPE 2SN is constructed with a 2-ply steel braid reinforcement and a synthetic rubber tube and cover.

Designed for hydraulic system service with petroleum and water-based fluids, this hose offers maximum durability under harsh operating conditions. It has been system-engineered to extend hose assembly life and is able to withstand high pressures, withstanding an impulse cycle life of 200000 cycles. It is constructed with a synthetic rubber cover material for standard abrasion resistance. This black hose has a minimum bend radius of 29.92 and a minimum working temperature of -40.

How tight of a bend can I get away with on this hose without kinking it?

The minimum bend radius for this hose is about 30 inches (29.92 to be exact). You'll want to stick to that to avoid damaging it.
