Aeroquip Hose R2 LIFE SENSE

Designed for demanding hydraulic applications, the Aeroquip Hose R2 Life Sense is a -12 dash size rubber braided hose built to EN853 2SN certification standards. Its inner tube and outer cover are both constructed from synthetic rubber, with a two-ply wire braid reinforcement layer providing structural integrity under high-pressure conditions. The cover is finished in black with an ink transfer lay line.

Rated for use down to -40°F, this hose is suited for hydraulic circuits exposed to extreme temperature ranges and challenging operating environments. A minimum bend radius of 9.5 inches allows reasonable routing flexibility in tight installations. The hose is compatible with skive crimp fittings and carries the Aeroquip LifeSense design, a system-engineered approach intended to extend hose assembly service life and support condition monitoring. Standard abrasion resistance makes it appropriate for general industrial hydraulic service where consistent performance under pressure is a priority.
