Description & Features

Designed for cold-environment hydraulic service, the Ice Champion 4S or 6S is a multi-spiral rubber hose built to handle petroleum-based fluid systems on construction equipment and other demanding mobile applications. Its synthetic rubber tube and cover are rated down to -70°F, making it well-suited for regions and conditions where standard hose materials become brittle or unreliable.

Rated to 500,000 impulse cycles, this -20 dash size hose is constructed with wire spiral reinforcement and meets both EN856 Type 4SH & 6SP and SAE 100R15 standards. The conductive construction and MSHA approval support use in regulated environments, while the embossed lay line aids identification in the field. Compatible with 4S and 6S qualified fittings, it has a minimum bend radius of 16.54 inches and a 1.98-inch product width. The synthetic rubber cover provides standard abrasion resistance across typical high-pressure mobile applications.

Will this hose hold up to the cold weather we get up here in Minnesota? Gets down below zero sometimes.
