The black nylon air brake tubing is designed for use in truck and trailer air brake systems auxiliary air systems and air brake harness assemblies. It features a 0.38 inch outer diameter and a 0.06 inch wall thickness providing durability and reliability in demanding applications.

Its 100% polyamide construction with polyester yarn reinforcement ensures exceptional performance meeting SAE J844 J1131 J2494-3 DOT-FMVSS 106 standards. This tubing boasts superior abrasion resistance compared to rubber and Nylon 11 making it ideal for harsh environments.

With a minimum bend radius of 1.5 inches and an impulse cycle life of 125 000 cycles this air brake tubing offers enhanced flexibility and longevity. The ink jet lay line style allows for easy identification while the non-conductive material ensures safety in various applications.

The Eaton Synflex 3270 Series Airbrake Hose and Tubing is designed for quick burr-free cutting and easy assembly enhancing installation efficiency. Its operating temperature range of -65deg;F to 200deg;F ensures reliable performance in extreme conditions.
