Crafted by Danfoss Power Solutions this premium air brake tubing is designed for truck and trailer air brake systems auxiliary air systems and both formed and straight air brake harness assemblies. With an outer diameter of 0.38 inches and a wall thickness of 0.06 inches this black nylon tubing offers superior flexibility compared to other nylon options.

Constructed from 100% polyamide with polyester yarn reinforcement this air brake tubing is UV stabilized and thermoformable. It provides enhanced abrasion resistance and features a minimum bend radius of 1.5 inches ensuring durability and reliable performance in demanding environments. The multi-braid construction and synthetic fiber reinforcement guarantee longevity and strength.

This tubing meets the performance requirements of SAE J844 J1131 J2494-3 DOT-FMVSS 106. Non-conductive and designed for easy burr-free cutting it also boasts improved flow performance. The ink jet lay line style adds to its reliable construction characteristics.

Designed to withstand a temperature range from -65deg;F to 200deg;F this air brake tubing is suitable for a variety of industrial applications. It has an impulse cycle life of 125000 cycles making it a dependable choice for any air brake system.

What kind of temperatures can this tubing handle? Need something that won't crack in the winter.

It's rated to handle temperatures from -65°F up to 200°F, so it should hold up well even in freezing conditions.

got a tight spot to snake this line through. how tight can i bend it without kinkin it

For routing in tight areas, the minimum bend radius on this tubing is 1.5 inches. Staying at or above that radius helps it hold its shape and keeps flow from getting pinched off.
