The EFC Series offers electronically adjustable pressure-compensated flow control designed for optimal performance in fluid control applications. It features SAE -12 ports and supports a flow range of 0 - 30 GPM.
Constructed with a durable ductile cast iron body and heat-treated steel spools it ensures long-term reliability. Equipped with standard 12VDC coils it also includes optional 24VDC coils for varied requirements. The unit's diamond-honed spool bore enables a consistent spool fit minimizing leakage.
Each model is rigorously tested for parameters including shutoff linearity max flow crack open and pressure compensation. The 3-port design allows for pressure-compensated flow from both the CF and EX ports with an optional 2-port configuration for single-port flow. Featuring manual override and optional high lift relief it offers flexible control options.
With a pressure rating of 3000 PSI and internal leakage of 50 ml/minute @ 1000 PSI on the EX port it ensures efficient operation. The product's pulse frequency ranges from 90 to 115 Hz and response times vary based on dash pot size.

Question by: Clint B on Jan 12, 2026, 12:22 PM
i got an EC control box already, will this EFC valve hook up to it and still give me pressure compensated flow?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 13, 2026, 5:17 PM
Built to work with the EC Series electronic controls, the solenoid on this EFC connects to those control boxes so you can adjust flow electronically. It keeps pressure compensated flow available on both the control flow (CF) port and the excess flow (EX) port in the standard 3 port setup.

How durable is this thing? I'm planning on usin' it pretty hard.
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 27, 2025, 1:08 PM
Constructed with a ductile cast iron body and heat-treated steel spools, it's designed for long-term reliability even under tough conditions.
