DANFOSS / EATON PLASTER & GROUT 1-1/2 800PSI

Description & Features

The Eaton EHK006 Series industrial hose is tailored for high-pressure spraying of plaster grout sand gypsum and ready-mixed concrete. Reinforced with high-tensile synthetic textile and anti-static copper wire its extruded synthetic rubber cover offers standard abrasion resistance ensuring long-term durability. Constructed with a natural rubber tube and pin-pricked cover style its standard abrasion resistance makes it reliable for demanding material handling applications. This hose meets ASME B30.27-2014 standards affirming its compliance and performance integrity. Capable of withstanding temperatures as low as -40C the hose is designed for various challenging environments. The ink transfer lay line style facilitates easy identification during use. It features qualified Victaulic male NPT fittings for secure connections and is designed for manual handling rather than machine mountable applications.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Roy H on Nov 12, 2025, 6:33 PM
hose says it's conductive, is that from the copper wire in it, or is that just a coating or something added on the outside?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 14, 2025, 3:50 PM
The conductivity comes from anti-static copper wire built into the reinforcement layer, not a surface coating. That wire runs through the hose construction itself, which is why it carries a conductive rating. It's worth knowing for applications where static discharge is a real concern, like spraying dry materials in enclosed spaces.
