i keep seeing “no adjustable or calibrated parts” on this one, what does that mean for day to day use?

With no adjustable or calibrated parts, it’s meant to run the same way every time without you having to tweak settings or re-calibrate it. The tradeoff is you are not getting built-in adjustment features on the unit.
